[ITL Log North] Transportation Manager

1. Coordinate with all Sales team to sell all products of Full Truck Load containers and other product of X-Bus. Ensure to achieve the sales target of BU budget yearly
Weekly/Monthly Sales update on activities and pipelines
Be a Project Manager to communicate with/solution of services of some Key accounts of company
Work with Sales/Accounting Department to analyze and offer the trucking rates for other BUs/Commercial Department of ITL Corp
2. Control CS team (both Customer and Billing team) to ensure and solution Transport team North
Update on time information to customer
Work with OPS team/vendor team to solve issue during transportation
Send Document and make SOA on time
Have a good solution for pricing and good P&L for packaged project
3. Control Planning and Solution team to ensure:
Explore more vendors to serve all customers for all routes /all demand of trucking
Control the quality of services of these vendors
Ensure the target of profit of selling to vendor as budget
4. Control OPS team
Ensure comply with driver tariff and technical tariff yearly
100% booking real time in etms and connect to mobile app
Control 4 h /10h /over speed
HSE : Fire issue/Parking Lot
Make sure 100% asset do maximization before using sourcing
Well-prepare for driver own truck with target 5 trucks
Strictly following company guidelines and policy
