Working on the customer's system for Helpdesk.
Receive and respond for the inquiries from user via phone call/ mail/ TMS.
Provide advice, guidance, solution to users to solve the issue.
Update ticket status frequently to users and relevant stakeholders by following the SLA.
Administration, support, and configuration of the system for user follow the available guideline
Yêu cầu
College graduated or higher
Good in Japanese, speaking well (JLPT N3+)
Have a good customer support mindset and attitude.
Fast learning & proactive with problem-solving skills.
Can work on Vietnamese holidays and work in shifts.
ITIL certificate is a plus point.
