Responsibilities
Client Communication & Account Support
Support communication with Japanese clients through emails, meetings, and follow-ups.
Coordinate client meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action items.
Clarify client requests and ensure accurate information is shared with internal teams.
Presales Support
Assist sales or
account managers in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
Support the preparation of company profiles, presentations, and other sales materials.
Help organize and maintain sales-related documentation when required.
Your Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or higher preferred).
Good communication and documentation skills in Japanese or English.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Ability to summarize discussions and produce clear, structured documentation.
