I. Main duties 【仕事内容】
To promote logistics services to Japanese and Intl clients and businesses, maintain existing customer relationships, and develop new opportunities for the company's forwarding and logistics services. 日本企業および国際顧客向けに物流サービスの営業を担当し、既存顧客の維持および新規ビジネスの開 拓を行っていただきます.
II. Responsibilities 主な業務内容
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing Japanese and International clients. 既存顧客(主に 日系企業)のフォローおよび関係構築.
• Identify new business opportunities with Japanese companies (local & overseas). 新規顧客の開拓(ベトナ ム国内・海外の日系企業を含む.
• Promote the company's services including international freight forwarding (air & sea), customs brokerage, transportation, and warehousing. 国際物流サービス(航空・海上輸送、通関、国内輸送、倉庫サービ ス)の提案営業.
• Visit customers to understand their logistics needs and provide suitable solutions. 顧客訪問およびニーズヒ アリング、最適なソリューションの提案.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals. 見積作成および提案内容のフォローアップ
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service. 顧客と価格および契約条件について交渉を行
• Coordinate with internal departments (Logistics, VNE Sales, Documentation) to ensure excellent service delivery. 社内関連部署(オペレーション、物流部門、カスタマーサービス等)との連携 .
• Achieve sales targets and report regularly on sales activities. 売上目標の達成および営業活動のレポーティ ング.
• Represent the company at industry events and Japanese business forums as needed. 日系ビジネスネット ワーク・業界イベントへの参加.
Yêu cầu
a. Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
Education. 大卒以上(ビジネス、物流、サプライチェーン関連経験者歓迎)
b. Knowledgement: Good knowledge of logistics operations (import/export, Incoterms, freight
Knowledge rates). 知識:物流業務(輸出入業務、インコタームズ、運賃レート)に関する十分な知識を有していること。
c. Experience:
• Professional experience: At least 03 year of working experience in Sales or relevant industry
営業または関連業界での実務経験(3 年以上)
d. Soft Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability
Skills to work independently and meet deadlines. コミュニケーション能力、交渉 力に優れた方.
Language Skills: Fluent in Japanese (N2 or above) and English (business level). 日本語:N2 以上(ビジネスレベル). 英語:業務使用可能レベル
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office. PCスキル:Microsoft Office(Word、Excel, PowerPoint)の操作に習熟していること。
e. Others:
• Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry, including: Others import/export operations. 物流業界での実務経験(フォワーディン グ、輸出入業務など)
• Basic knowledge of Incoterms, freight rates, and logistics pricing structures. 運賃構成などの基礎知識をお持ちの方
• Experience working for a Japanese company or doing business with Japanese clients. 日系企業での就業経験、または日本企業との取引経 験.
• Good understanding of Japanese business culture, etiquette, and professional practices. 日本のビジネスマナー・文化への理解.
