Mô tả công việc
Strategies Planning:
Develop strategy, strategic planning (financial and non-financial), and business model aligned with BOD's direction to set up new business and growthplan;
Continue to increase market share and evaluate expansion into new markets;
Identify primary risks, and residual risks with mitigations;
General Management:
Set up operationalization and ensure the operationand fully complied with company governance andlaw/regulation;
Continuously track performance, progress, and achievements of assigned strategic priorities;
Drive and monitor selected strategic priorities end-toend collaborating with the working team throughout different divisions and have periodicallyreports to BOD;
Manage established metrics, and, refine metrics utilized as needed;
Ensure that budgets and forecasts are aligned;
Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations;
Having P and L responsibilities for effective performance, development, and growth.
Build Team and Leadership:
Build operation team, including designing the team structure, hiring key personnel, andcoaching/mentoring junior members of the team;
Be the gatekeeper of company policies, procedures, and methods of operation to ensure complianceacross the company;
Develop organizational pulse and identify opportunities to drive high-performance culture inthe organization, also working as a feedbackchannel to BOD;
Develop and manage a broad network across the organization and level of the organization;
Increase brand awareness and loyalty;
Follow legal procedures related to business activities and fully complied with locallaw/regulation;
Be representative of BOD to perform assigned tasks.
Serve as a top-level manager fully complying withcompany governance and law/regulation;
Register and achieve committed KPI;
Yêu cầu
Male/Female, Vietnamese or foreigners
BA or MBA in major of Economic, Business Management, Foreign Trade, Ecommer or others equal
At least 5 years of experience in working in business filed of OTA, Economic, E-commer, Foreign Trade and At least 3 years of working as CEO in Indonesia Market.
Having knowledge of culture, people, market, business, law in Indonesia.
Proven record of hiring, developing and building successful teams.
Proven track record of driving successful change management at a senior level.
In-depth knowledge of regulations and markets in the Travel and Tourism industry
Demonstrated excellence in business administration, and well knowledge of markets, and regulation and law in the local country.
Having knowledge of executing the business.
