Mô tả công việc
Technical Leadership:
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Drive technical decision-making and architectural design.
Stay up-to-date with the latestJava technologies and industry trends.
Software Development:
Design, develop, and maintain robustand scalable Java applications using Spring Boot.
Implement RESTful APIs to exposeservices to frontend applications.
Utilize Kafka for event-driven architecture and messagestreaming.
Leverage containerization technologies like Docker for efficientdeployment.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of talentedengineers.
Assign tasks, review code, and provide feedback.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
CI/CD:
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test,and deployment processes.
Collaborate with DevOpsteams to ensure smooth deployments.

Strong proficiency in Java 17 and Spring Framework.
Deep understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven design.
Experience with Kafka for message streaming and event-driven architectures, Sagaa= orchestration.
Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelinesand tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
Experience with relational databases(e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)and NoSQL databases(e.g., MongoDB).
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
At least 5 years of consistent experience in Java development and 3 years of team leadership experience.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Knowledge of testing frameworks(e.g., JUnit, TestNG).
Experience with security best practices and vulnerability scanning
English: Ability to read and understand documents in English
