Java Backend Developer

Client Project: We are currently supporting a client with the development and enhancement of their backend systems. The selected candidate will join the project team to maintain existing functionalities, develop new features, and contribute to delivering stable, high-quality solutions for the client.
Location: Minh Khai, Hanoi
Working Hours: Monday - Friday + Saturday morning, [protected info]

Responsibilities
Develop clean, maintainable, and high-quality backend code based on project requirements.
Maintain, optimize, and enhance existing systems and functionalities.
Design and develop new systems, features, and technical solutions when required.
Take ownership of assigned tasks from development through testing and production deployment.
Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure software quality and stability.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system performance and reliability.
Collaborate with the project team to understand requirements and deliver solutions within timelines.
Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Requirement
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
Strong experience with Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
Experience working with RESTful APIs and Microservices.
Familiarity with Redis and Kafka.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud Infrastructure is a plus.
Good understanding of software development best practices and coding standards.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
