Java Developer Spring Boot, OOP, MSSQL, PostgreSQL

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure Java-based backend systems.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and product owners.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and improve application performance and reliability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and practices.

Must-Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Java development using Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of Java Core, OOP principles, Thread, Asynchronous, and Design Patterns.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Good understanding of RESTful API design, authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2).
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Familiar with Git for version control, including branching strategies (Git Flow, trunk-based), conflict resolution, and efficient commit practices.
• Experienced with GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automating build, test, and deployment processes across multiple environments.
• Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ), caching systems (Redis),
• Experience in Elastic Search, Logtash, Kibana...
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure.
