Design, develop, test and maintain Java-based applications while adhering to engineering best practices
Analyze project requirements, estimate tasks and support technical design decisions
Collaborate with global teams on technical solutions, code reviews and Confluence documentation
Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes and implement effective fixes
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives
