The primary accountabilities of the role include supporting Production Manager to coordinate all production activities with partnership of related functions, develop management systems & processes and ensure the effective implementation across shifts, lead continuous improvement initiatives in: customer service, financial performance, throughput, asset utilization, quality, safety, labor Relations, and people and organization development, as measured by Corporate, Divisional, and Local KPI's.
Detailed duties are as below:

Responsible for driving all production KPIs of respective areas: Output, on-time delivery, Asset utilization, absolute losses, labor productivity, conversion costs, Funding the Growth, headcounts, absenteeism

Coordinate with related functions and shift leaders to deliver daily production activities:

Own applicable EHS/ GMP/ Quality standards implementation to respective production areas and ensure consistent compliance from all production people

Implement 5S/ AM/ SDM/ CI standards from FP&R

Partner with HR training to ensure all production people equipped adequate training and certified necessary skills before putting into production processes or operating equipment

Work with shift leaders to take corrective and preventive actions in a timely manner to mitigate potential EHS/ Quality/ loss or downtime incidents through effective usage of statistical data analytic tools

Deliver training materials & training to Operating levels to ensure the consistent and effective implementation of initiatives.

Lead Quality/FP&R/EHS standard: refer to R & R matrix detail for each standard.
What we require:

Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering/ Industrial Management/ Business Administration or related fields

English language proficiency
-
Knowledge about Lean/ Six Sigma and statistical/ data analytics methodology
What we prefer:

Your practical experience in Production/ Process improvement projects in manufacturing fields counts.

Coding skill (Google Appscript, Python, SQL..) will be a plus.

Passion for continuous learning and embracing new technology
