1. Develop & lead the execution of shopper/channel insights & drive channel growth in assigned channel for assigned categories:

Developing and partnering with the sales team to sell-in shopper marketing programs that integrate equity and customer strategy to deliver best in class shopper programming
Localize channel blueprint & identify key priorities per channels
Execute & manage shopper campaign, including media-to-shelf, portfolio and customer programs to engage and convert the shopper
Give inputs to Retail Marketing Manager to invest in prioritized categories in specific channels.

2. Co-work with REM, CD team & consumer MKTG team in developing, concept building and setting standards for brand activations. Develop and execute cross category activities:

Leads agency briefing and manages all aspects of program development and execution
Work with CS&L team to develop trade bundle/sticker for the new product
Develop selling story for new product launch for both offline & online

3. Manage product portfolio & maintaining budget:

Maintaining budget trackers and program dashboards, manages program budgets
Tracking and managing internal & external legal review processes
Assisting with ROI and post-program analysis
Working on special projects when assigned

Strong in insight generation, concept building
Strong at marketing activity planning and execution
Initiative & passion to create change
Collaborating with multi-functional teams (Sales, IP, Agency, Brands Team, Finance, Logistic)

Sound financial and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and be a strategic thinker
Strong negotiation skill and strategic influencing
Strong organization, analytic and verbal and written communication skills a must

Hard working, Team work spirit, interpersonal skills
Quick learner, self-directed, and result oriented
Bachelor degree major in Economics, Business management...
2-3 years+ of working experiences in Customer Management/ Trade Marketing
