JOB SCOPE & CORE DELIVERABLES
Key contact point for all accounting matters related to Bel Vietnam - Industrial site
RESPONSIBILITIES - WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
• Prepare and reconcile payment list against automatic payment proposals
• Manage payment documents according to the payment cycles and ensure all payments are
processed accurately and on time.
• Provide supporting document for internal and external audits, transfer pricing reviews and other
internal/external inquiries as assignment from SSC AP team leader.
• Post and process purchases invoices in SAP: ensure invoices are correctly and timely input into
system for timely payment processing
• Create Purchase Orders based on Purchase request, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects by identifying opportunities for process simplification
• Other Ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager and Chief Accountant.

Yêu cầu
1. Requirements
• Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• ACCA student is preferred
2. Skills
• High attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Basic English proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles, VAS, IFRS
• Ability to communicate clearly and provide accurate explanations regarding assigned tasks and
supporting documents.
• Proactive mindset in identifying opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual work and improve
operational efficiency.
• Adherence to internal control procedures and accounting policies within the assigned scope of
responsibility.
