Junior AI/Prompt Engineer

Job Description
ABOUT THE JOB
Design, develop, test, and optimize prompts to improve the accuracy, consistency, and relevance of AI-generated outputs.
Build AI agents that can execute tasks, follow instructions, interact with external tools, and connect to APIs.
Develop Python-based applications integrating LLMs through APIs such as OpenAI.
Implement AI workflows using prompt templates, structured outputs, function calling, and multi-step task execution.
Explore and use AI development frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools.
Contribute to the implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions to help AI applications retrieve and use relevant information.
Test and evaluate AI-generated responses, identify potential issues such as hallucinations, and continuously improve agent performance.
Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
Document AI workflows, test cases, and implementation approaches to ensure maintainability and continuous improvement.
About You
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in AI application development, or a related technical role.
You have a good understanding of Python programming, including API integration, data processing, and error handling.
You understand prompt engineering principles and can design and refine prompts for different tasks and use cases.
You are interested in building AI agents and automating workflows using LLM-based technologies.
You are familiar with REST APIs, JSON, Git, and basic software development practices.
You have basic knowledge of AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph, or are willing to learn them.
You have a basic understanding of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases, or are motivated to develop your knowledge in these areas.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning.
You enjoy experimenting with emerging technologies and turning ideas into practical, working solutions.
You can communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
