We are hiring for the position of Junior Analyst - Sales Support (English and/or French Speaking). Candidates with bilingual proficiency in both English and French will be given priority during the recruitment process and may receive earlier offer consideration.
Support our global entities with all Sales related tasks.
• Book sales orders in SAP and update order information such as item number,
quantity, price and delivery date.
• Modify orders in SAP if required as per customer requirement.
• Check articles in Backlog and update their status and delivery date.
• Working on multiple ERP tools like SAP, KMS
• Responsible to execute Adhoc tasks related to Sales Support function.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Effective communication with customer and resolving doubts/queries as and
when required
• Timely reporting to seniors on daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Active participation in team meetings and other activities
• Responsible to maintain quality for the assigned work
• Resolve customer escalations
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor degree or higher education
• Fluent at English in speaking & written
• French, B2 Level (for French speaking positions only)
• Minimum 0-1 years of experience in internal sales tasks
• Knowledge of the following software: MS Office mainly Excel, Outlook, SAP
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a team with utmost co-operation
• Solution based customer approach
• Time Management and Adherence to deadlines
• Fresh graduate without any experience are also more than welcome.
