Mô tả công việc
Working for a Japanese multi-national corporation in the real estate development industry (approximately 10,000 residential units).
Monitor and follow up on customer payment collections and ensure timely updates to accounts receivable and sales collection reports.
Issue sales invoices to customers accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
Coordinate with the Procedure Team to consolidate and verify disbursement-related data and upload validated information into the internal system.
Collaborate with the Reporting Team to support the preparation of financial statements, particularly in areas related to accounts receivable.
Maintain proper filing, confidentiality, and security of all accounting records, financial documents, and contracts in accordance with internal control requirements.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
Open to candidates with 6+ months of experience or fresh graduates.
Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
Basic understanding of accounting principles; experience in accounts receivable is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong communication in English & Vietnamese
