We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Art Director to join Circus Digital. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background and a passion for creating visually stunning and impactful advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute advertising concepts, strategies, and visual designs
Contribute to the design and execution of print, digital, and multimedia advertising materials
Assist the Art Director/ Senior Art Director in managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
Assist in the conceptualization and design of advertising materials under the guidance of the Art Director/ Senior Art Director
Participate in internal and client presentations
Continuously improve design skills through self-directed learning and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or a
Designer in an advertising agency
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including print, digital, and multimedia
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think creatively and come up with unique, impactful design solutions
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
