* Position Overview
- As a Junior Brand Manager at CAC Company, you will manage and grow Pet Food and Non-Food brands in Vietnam. This role is ideal for motivated individuals with at least 1 year of experience in
business development or brand management, who are ready to take ownership of projects from planning to execution.
* Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Business Development
Manage assigned brands and maintain good relationships with brand owners.
Develop and implement marketing, trade, and sales strategies to grow sales and market share.
Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends for brand growth.
2. Sales & Customer Management
Work closely with sales teams and customers to achieve sales targets.
Build and strengthen relationships with retailers, distributors, and partners.
Monitor sales performance and propose action plans to improve results.
3. Marketing & Trade Planning
Plan and execute marketing and trade activities to promote brands.
Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively.
Review and improve campaign performance based on data and feedback.
4. Logistics & Supply Coordination
Coordinate with import and logistics teams to ensure smooth product flow.
Monitor shipment, quality control, and solve any arising issues.
5. Teamwork & Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) and external partners to ensure aligned execution and brand success.
