Mô tả công việc
We are seeking a highly motivated craft beer enthusiast with a genuine interest in all things beer to work in Saigon. Ideally this will be someone who can promote our beers, build long lasting relationships, and grow the sales figures within the territory.
Sales, distribution and volume growth of core range styles and limited release beers, this person should drive the following:
• Achieve and exceed set monthly targets and KPIs.
• Build and cultivate relationships with new and existing accounts so we are the supplier of choice.
• Physically visit all outlets that sell Heart of Darkness, along with outlets that could be future customers.
• Be flexible to work outside 'normal' working hours for things such as tastings and events.
• Be a positive and proactive member of the wider craft beer community.
• Communicate with Senior Business Development team to open new accounts.
• Be attentive, goal focused and have a friendly personality.
This is a unique opportunity in the growing craft beer industry for an experienced salesperson who can bring new and fresh ideas and initiatives to our brand, taking it to the next level.

Yêu cầu
The right candidate should be:
• Experienced in the F&B scene of Saigon, or at least willing to jump in headfirst. Past sales experience is a plus.
• Vietnamese National (this position is not open to expats).
• Focused on Account Creation and Development, a people person, with a focus on excellent customer service.
• A lover of craft beer or have a strong interest in learning all about craft beer.
• Hard working and dedicated (going above and beyond to serve our customers).
• Able to maintain and grow our existing customer base.
• Organized and self-motivated.
• Hours of work: Flexible 11am to 8pm Mon to Friday + events on weekends as needed.
• Candidate must have at least a basic conversational level of English with good excel and word skills.
Benefit:
• Base Salary: 12mil /month
• 12 days annual leave/ year
• Social insurance/ Health care
• Flexible working hours
• Bonus scheme based on agreed to KPIs
