is an award-winning brewery in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We are going through dramatic expansion and are on the hunt for exceptional salespeople be a part of our growing business development team.
We are seeking a highly motivated craft beer enthusiast with a genuine interest in all things beer to work in HCMC. This must be someone who can promote our beers, build long lasting relationships, and grow sales within the region.
📍 Working Location:
31D Ly Tu Trong Street, Sai Gon Ward (Former District 1), Ho Chi Minh City.
Job Descriptions
Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new customers.
Collaborate with senior team members to identify and develop new business opportunities and customer accounts.
Identify and approach potential customers interested in the company's craft beer products, including restaurants, bars, retail stores, and other distribution channels.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to meet their requirements.
Work closely with the Marketing team to plan, negotiate, and execute sales campaigns and promotional activities at points of sale.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms regarding product quantity, quality, delivery schedules, and payment conditions while protecting the interests of both the company and its customers.
Job Requirements:
Passionate about the F&B industry; previous experience in F&B or craft beer is a plus.
Good customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
Good English communication skills.
Proactive, energetic, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Benefits:
Base Salary: VND 10,000,000 - 12,000,000/month + KPI-based incentives.
Social Insurance: Contributions based on full gross salary.
Health Insurance: PVI Health Insurance.
Annual Leave: 12 days per year.
Working Hours: Flexible schedule, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week.
