JUNIOR CONTENT MARKETING EXECUTIVE

We're looking for a Junior Marketing Executive to join our team and take an active role in building our products, content, and online presence across the Gaming & Technology space.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys content creation, social media, video production, and experimenting with AI tools. You'll work closely with the team to plan and execute marketing activities-from setting up a video shoot to creating AI-generated content and managing social media channels.
What You'll Do1. Content & Social Media
Plan and execute content for the company and its products across social media channels.
Develop content ideas, posts, short-form videos, and other digital content.
Manage and maintain social media channels, including regular posting, scheduling, and content updates.
Monitor audience engagement and help grow the company's online communities.
Research trends, content formats, and topics relevant to Gaming, Technology, AI, and Digital Media.
Help develop and maintain an active community around our products.

Video
Production & Content Creation
Support the planning and production of promotional and social media videos.
Set up filming locations, equipment, props, lighting, and other materials needed for video recording.
Coordinate with team members during filming and help ensure shoots run smoothly.
Assist with filming, photography, and basic video editing when required.
Turn product updates, team activities, and ideas into engaging content.
3. AI Content Creation
Create images, videos, scripts, and other marketing content using the company's AI tools and workflows.
Develop concepts and scripts for AI-generated videos based on product and marketing objectives.
Experiment with new AI tools and content creation techniques.
Work with the team to develop AI-assisted promotional content for social media and other marketing channels.
Continuously explore ways to use AI to make content creation faster, more creative, and more effective.

Marketing
Support
Support product launches, campaigns, events, and other marketing activities.
Work closely with the Product and Creative teams to understand products and turn them into marketing content.
Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual presence across channels.
Track basic content performance and use insights to improve future content.
Take on other marketing-related tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of experience in Marketing, Content, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field, we accept freshers too.
Strong interest in Content Creation, Social Media, Gaming, Technology, and AI.
Comfortable working hands-on with video shoots, photography, and content production.
Interested in learning and using AI tools for content creation.
Good understanding of social media platforms and current content trends.
Able to develop content ideas and turn them into practical, publishable content.
Proactive, hardworking, organized, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
Good English proficiency-you will need to communicate and work with the team in English.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where you may need to handle different types of marketing work.
Portfolio or examples of previous work are highly appreciated-social media pages, videos, articles, campaigns, personal projects, or other content are all welcome.
Most importantly:You don't need to know everything. We're looking for someone who is curious, proactive, hands-on, and willing to learn. If you see something that needs to be done, you're the kind of person who is willing to figure it out and make it happen.

Working arrangement: Full-time, onsite
Salary: 7,000,000 - 9,000,000 VND/month, depending on experience and capabilities
Working hours: Full-time; specific schedule will be discussed during the interview.
