Junior Copywriter

A fast-growing digital marketing agency is looking for a Junior Copywriter to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. You will work closely with Account, Content, Design, and other creative teams to develop engaging copy and creative ideas for campaigns across various digital platforms, serving both existing and new clients in HCMC and Hanoi.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive, understand, and interpret Account/Creative briefs.
Develop creative concepts, key messages, headlines, taglines, and copy for digital campaigns.
Work closely with Account, Content Writer, Designer, and other relevant teams to develop and execute creative ideas and key campaign assets.
Prepare and present creative ideas and communication executions to internal teams and, when required, clients.
Revise and refine copy based on feedback from clients and internal teams.
Ensure copy quality, consistency, and accuracy across campaign materials and communication channels.
Follow up and monitor campaign execution to ensure the final output aligns with approved creative directions.
Manage assigned tasks and deliverables according to deadlines.
Support the Creative/Content team with copywriting tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Stay updated on digital trends, social media content, consumer insights, and creative communication trends.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 1 year of experience in copywriting, content, creative, or communications, preferably in a digital marketing/creative agency.
Strong interest in creative writing, advertising, and digital communications.
Basic understanding of digital marketing campaigns and communication platforms.
Good writing skills with the ability to develop clear, engaging, and persuasive content.
Able to understand briefs and translate communication objectives into creative ideas.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Good command of PowerPoint, Excel, or similar tools.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-player mindset.
Good command of English is an advantage. English writing samples/portfolio are highly appreciated.
A creative mindset, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback are essential.
