Mô tả công việc
- Participate in client intake meetings & site survey.
- Brainstorm and propose creative solutions.
- Prepare 3D renders and present winning designs to clients.
- Develop design/detailed drawings.
- Prepare colour scheme and material board.
- Source competitive quote/materials/samples.
- Prepare Construction Specification/Design Documentation/Sample Board.
Yêu cầu
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent.
- Min 1 years design experience in commercial projects
Creative conceptual design ability with a flair for winning designs.
- Able to work under tight schedule.
- Have experience in technical/detailed co-ordination and drawing.
- Skilled in space planning/conceptual design/interior detailing.
- Proficient in AutoCad, Photoshop & Sketchup, Sketchup, Powerpoint, Excel, and any other design software.
- Good team player and proactive.
- Able to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Takes pride in seeing a project to completion.
