Junior Growth Marketer

Unblink | Full-time | Remote, Vietnam | Salary + equity
Unblink is an early-stage AI startup building autonomous agents that find and prepare business opportunities from industry news.
You will work directly with our founder to acquire our first users and shape how Unblink communicates its product.
What you will do
Create engaging short-form content and growth campaigns (TikTok, Reddit, etc)
Propose and test growth strategies
Find, contact, and onboard early users
Conduct daily outreach and follow-ups
Interview users and share insights with the team
Work with developers to understand new features
Turn technical features into clear, compelling communication
Track results and build repeatable acquisition channels
What we expect
Full-time commitment with flexible hours (availability should overlap with U.S. working hours)
Excellent Vietnamese and working English
Strong writing and communication
Comfortable with daily outreach and user conversations
Able to create and publish short-form content
Self-directed, dependable, and accountable for results
Willing to wear many hats in an early-stage startup
Interested in AI, startups, and business
Experience is less important than initiative and evidence that you can execute. Include examples of content, campaigns, projects, sales, or communities you have worked on.
