*** Responsible for:
• Establishing a company in VN for Japanese investors.
• Visa & Work permit procedures
• Labour services (ex. making labour contracts and internal labour rule and salary table)
• For other complicated legal services, coordinate with local legal firms which VIA outsources

Job Requirement
***Job requirements:
• University graduated in law or other related areas;
• Have experience in this field;
• Business English is required;
• Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Good sense of responsibility and teamwork.
