KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop detailed test plans for each project/module, defining the testing scope, approach, and acceptance criteria.
Design and develop test cases and test scripts based on business requirements and functional specifications.
Execute functional testing, document test results, and identify defects against requirements.
Perform regression testing to ensure system stability following enhancements, bug fixes, or releases.
Report, categorize, and track defects through resolution using defect management tools.
Conduct integration and UI testing to ensure seamless interaction and accurate functionality across system components.
Collaborate closely with Developers and Business Analysts to investigate, resolve, and validate defect fixes.
Perform basic performance and security testing to evaluate system reliability and risk exposure.
Ensure compliance with internal testing standards, processes, and documentation requirements.
Analyze defect trends and recommend improvements to testing tools, processes, and methodologies.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree
1-2 years of experience in testing mobile applications and web.
Previous experience in software testing, including Manual Testing, API Testing.
Test case, test script, test plan skill
Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
Intermediate English reading and writing skills.
Hands-on experience working on Insurance or Fintech projects is a plus.
Working hours: Monday - Friday
