1. Job Description
Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Participate in building and directly executing multi-channel Marketing plans to increase brand awareness among target audiences.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report campaign performance periodically.
Multi-channel Content Creation & Management:
- Responsible for developing content across official communication channels: Fanpage, Website, Blog, Email Marketing, and in-app Push Notifications.
- Create content angles suitable for each customer segment.
- Sales Enablement:
Coordinate with Sales and Product teams to build professional sales enablement materials: Pitch decks, Company/Product profiles, Brochures, and software user guide videos.
Continuously update new features in communication materials.
Events & Partnerships:
Brainstorm and coordinate the organization of offline/online events: Webinars, hands-on product trial training sessions/workshops.
2. Job Requirements
- Experience: Experience in Marketing Executive, Content Marketing roles or majored in Marketing-related fields.
- Advantage: Candidates who have worked in the Technology sector (SaaS, App, ITO, etc.).
- Hard Skills:
- Good writing and content editing skills, strong visual/aesthetic mindset.
- Proficient in basic Digital Marketing tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Logical thinking, ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in teams (especially with Sales & Product teams).
- Attitude: Energetic, proactive, responsible, and genuinely passionate about the educational technology field.
3. Benefits
- Salary: Negotiable according to candidate's ability and experience, 2 months probation with 100% salary, after probation pay insurance according to salary level.
- Participating in the PTI health insurance package when working full 6 months officially.
- Performance review twice a year, based on work performance and company's performance;
- Working time: 8h/day from Monday to Friday.
