Evolution Technologies Viet Nam is the Vietnamese subsidiary of Evolution Technologies Inc., a Canadian-owned medical equipment manufacturer. Evolution Technologies Viet Nam is setting up operations at the prestigious Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP II-A, Binh Duong) and is looking for talented candidates to apply for the position of Junior Mechatronics Engineer.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Directly participate in Robot projects related to welding, painting, and material feeding,.... : Constructs, configures, tests, and debugs robots and robotic systems under the supervision of superiors.
- Directly participate in researching new automation and Robot projects, supporting idea generation, designing 3D details and creating 2D drawings under the supervision of superiors.
- Ensure safe and secure operation of Robot system, automation system and ensure safe and secure operation of other equipment related to Robot and automation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Management and Engineering to resolve any Robot and automation issues.
- Use handtools : drills, cutters,... to modify, mock - up or create test products.
- Collect information, make weekly reports on automatic lines and robots according to technical, safety and quality standards.
- To adhere to the company process flow and compliance.
- Ensures confidentiality on all process related controls and documents.
Yêu cầu
- Education: Bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Automation Engineering or related field; or equivalent years of work experience.
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in Mechatronics or PLCs and Mechanical/Electrical Engineering related disciplines.
- Required Skills
- Basic understanding/knowledge programming of PLC, including ladder, graph, and function block diagram Reading technical and engineering drawings.
- Basic understanding/knowledge of robotic systems (ABB, Fanuc, Kuka, UR, etc.) including programming, safety requirements, and design/implementation practices.
- Useful Skills/ Optional
- PLC programming
- 2D/3D software (AutoCAD/ Solidworks)
- GD&T
- English communication, understanding of technical documents, machine manuals.
