As a Junior Multimedia Designer, you'll work across PR, branding, digital, social, and event
projects in a fast-paced agency environment. If you're passionate about design, eager to learn,

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Execution (40%)
● Design creative assets for digital and offline channels, including social media, branding
materials, presentations, POSM, event collaterals, and campaign deliverables.
● Adapt Key Visuals into multiple formats while maintaining visual consistency and quality.
● Support basic motion graphics and video editing when required.
● Deliver high-quality work accurately and on time.
Project Management & Collaboration (30%)
● Manage multiple projects while balancing changing priorities and tight deadlines.
● Collaborate closely with Creative, Content, Account, and other internal teams.
● Communicate progress proactively and identify potential risks early.
● Stay flexible and solution-oriented in a fast-paced agency environment.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement (20%)
● Stay updated with design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and emerging technologies.
● Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.
● Continuously improve workflows, design quality, and team efficiency.
Team Contribution (10%)
● Take ownership of assigned work from briefing to final delivery.
● Organize project files following team standards.
● Embrace feedback and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
WE'RE looking for someone who:
● Has 1-2 years of experience in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
(agency experience is a plus).
● Is proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
● Has basic knowledge of Premiere Pro; After Effects is a plus.
● Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality.
● Takes ownership, communicates proactively, and collaborates effectively.
● Learns quickly, adapts to change, and performs well under pressure.
● Is curious about AI and continuously seeks smarter ways of working.
