With offices in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City, SnP provides services across IMC, Advertising, Creative, PR, Media Strategy, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Events, and Market Insights Consultancy.
Role
A Junior Planning Executive supports the Strategy & Planning team in turning client briefs, market context, consumer understanding, and brand objectives into clear planning inputs, communication directions, and practical campaign support materials.
This role is designed for a developing planner who can conduct research, organize information, support insight development, prepare planning materials, and work closely with Senior Planners, Account leads, and Creative teams. The position is not limited to making slides; the Junior Planning Executive is expected to contribute to the thinking, structure, and logic behind client solutions under proper guidance.

The ideal candidate should be curious, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn how to translate observations into meaningful implications. He/she should be able to support planning work that is not only creative and inspiring, but also realistic, measurable, and useful for account and project implementation.

• Receive and study client briefs; support the clarification of business objectives, communication objectives, target audience, mandatories, and key questions that need to be answered.
• Conduct desk research, category review, competitor scan, audience understanding, consumer trend scanning, and communication landscape analysis under the guidance of senior team members.
• Organize research findings into clear summaries, reference boards, observation lists, and initial implications that can support strategy development.
• Maintain a structured archive of market cases, brand references, platform updates, category learnings, and consumer insights for future planning use.
Communication Strategy & IMC Planning Support
• Support the development of communication strategy, campaign direction, key message, consumer journey, channel/touchpoint roles, and planning frameworks for assigned clients and projects.
• Assist in building integrated communication plans across PR, social, digital, content, activation, event, partnership, production, and other communication touchpoints depending on project needs.
• Help check whether the proposed plan is realistic, measurable, and usable for account and project implementation.
• Contribute ideas, references, examples, and planning logic during brainstorming, proposal development, and internal review sessions.
Proposal, Planning Deck & Client Material Support
• Prepare planning decks, proposal slides, research summaries, campaign narratives, rationales, implementation directions, and measurement support sections with clear structure and professional presentation quality.
• Work with Senior Planners and Account leads to refine slides, organize information, check consistency, and make sure client-facing materials are accurate and easy to understand.
• Support the development of charts, tables, case examples, visual references, and supporting evidence for proposals and client presentations.
• Incorporate feedback from senior team members and improve output quality through each revision.
Implementation Guidance & Effectiveness Learning
• Support project implementation by helping ensure content directions, campaign mechanics, key deliverables, and communication materials follow the approved strategy, audience direction, message, timeline, and expected outcome.
• Assist in monitoring campaign performance, collecting learning points, preparing recap materials, and turning project results into practical observations for future work.
• Coordinate professionally with Account, Creative, Content, Production, and other internal teams to clarify information and support planning-related follow-up.
• Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, communication platforms, brand cases, AI tools, and emerging media practices to strengthen the quality of planning output.
Professional Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, Branding, or related fields.
• 0-2 years of experience in planning, strategy, research, brand communications, IMC, PR, content, social, digital, or related agency/marketing environment. Fresh graduates with strong thinking and portfolio may be considered.
