Trách nhiệm công việc:
Identify, analyze, and document business requirements and deliver work products throughout the project life cycle.
Verify products or services to assure that they meet requirement and design (quality assurance).
Deliver products or services to customers and track status and versions.
Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support under SLA; training users.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn:
Education level: Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, IT, Information Systems.
Experience Experience in software program is a plus
Foreigner Language English ability : Can communicate
Skills:
Knowledge of business processes such as equity & derivatives trading and settlement.
Have at least 1 year of test work experience.
Transaction Technologies Services.
Ability to build scripts, as well as testing applications.
Good interpersonal & teamwork skills.
Able to work under high pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills, pro-active and independent working.
Working attitude Honesty, integrity, carefulness. Ability to work under high pressure with accuracy and attention to detail.
WORK CONDITIONS
Overtime may be required in meet project deadlines.
Some travel may be required for the purpose of meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management.
