Junior - Senior UI/UX Designer Figma, Agile/Scrum

We are currently looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our growing design team in Hanoi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Design end-to-end UX flows and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma
• Create wireframes, user journey maps, and interactive prototypes
• Ensure design consistency and usability across all platforms (web & mobile)
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to improve the product
• Present design ideas and rationale to team members and stakeholders
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI component libraries
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends and tools
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate within a cross-functional team

• 3-7 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in Figma is mandatory (design system, prototyping, team libraries, etc.)
• Experience in other major design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking, visual design, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with responsive design and accessibility best practices
• Solid understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and interaction
• Ability to deliver clean, organized, and developer-friendly design assets
• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written) are a strong plus
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams is preferred
• Familiarity with design hand-off tools and collaboration with developers (e.g., Zeplin, Figma Dev Mode)
