a, Core Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and maintenance of web, backend, and products.
Implement product features based on technical specifications, designs, and business requirements.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with guidance from senior engineers.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle - from technical discussion and implementation to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Debug issues, investigate root causes, and improve application reliability and performance.
Work with APIs, databases, third-party services, and blockchain/Web3 integrations where required.
Participate in code reviews and follow team coding standards and development practices.
Work closely with Product, Design, QA, and other Engineering team members to deliver features on schedule.
Use AI-assisted development tools as part of the daily engineering workflow to research, understand codebases, implement features, debug issues, and improve productivity.
Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and engineering practices through real-world projects.

b, Required Qualifications
6+ months of hands-on software development experience through professional work, internships, freelance projects, or personal projects.
Proficient in TypeScript/JavaScript and comfortable using them to build real-world applications.
Good understanding of programming fundamentals, including OOP, data structures, asynchronous programming, error handling, and common software design principles.
Basic understanding of web technologies, APIs, HTTP, REST, and client-server architecture.
Familiar with SQL and relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Familiar with Git and Git-based development workflows.
Able to read and understand English-language technical documentation.
Comfortable debugging problems and independently investigating technical issues.
Strong willingness and ability to learn new technologies, tools, frameworks, and technical concepts as required by the project.
Willing to use AI tools as part of the software development workflow and actively learn how to use them effectively.
Accountable and able to work both independently and within a team.
Good time management and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience with [protected info], NestJS, React, or [protected info]
Experience building REST APIs or backend services.
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, Docker, or cloud platforms such as AWS.
Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD, or software deployment.
Experience developing or deploying a real product used by actual users.
Previous experience working with Web3/blockchain applications, particularly EVM or Solana ecosystems.
Experience using AI coding agents/tools such as Claude Code or OpenAI Codex in real software development workflows.
Experience using AI beyond simple code completion - for example, codebase exploration, implementation planning, debugging, refactoring, testing, or code review.
Personal projects, GitHub repositories, hackathon projects, or other technical portfolio demonstrating your skills.
