Develop IT Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with IT department heads and use multiple channels to attract suitable candidates.
Screen and Evaluate Candidates: Review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate interview rounds with the technical teams.
Manage End-to-End Recruitment Process: Ensure the smooth process from job posting, interviews, to signing contracts, providing a positive candidate experience.
Build a Talent Pool: Maintain relationships with IT candidates and update the talent database for future hiring needs.
Employer Branding: Support enhancing the company's employer brand and represent the company at recruitment events and career fairs.
Analyze and Report: Track and report key recruitment metrics, proposing improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Yêu cầu công việc
A recognized University degree
Strong in utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to drive networking and candidate pool development.
Strong growth-mindset
Critical thinker
Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility
Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (verbal and written)
6 months of experience in recruitment is a must, and experience in a tech company is a plus.
Fluent in English is a plus
