Junior Training and Development

JOB DESCRIPTION
Collaborate with departments to identify training needs; Plan and organize training sessions
Design and update training materials in line with the company's professional standards.
Deliver training sessions, evaluate effectiveness, and continuously improve content
Prepare logistics to ensure smooth delivery and an effective learning experience.
Participate in developing e-learning system to ensure effective delivery of online training programs.
Prepare and deliver periodic training reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Support internal communications activities to enhance employee engagement.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
REQUIREMENT
1-2 years of experience in L&D.
Experience in implementing Train The Trainer projects is a major plus.
Good at pedagogical, presentation, and inspirational skills before a crowd.
Possesses design skills (Canva, PowerPoint, CapCut).
Having experience in E-learning development and having knowledge of using Adobe, Storyline, Articulate, is a plus.
