Mô tả công việc
- Data Verification: Checking the accuracy and completeness of data before entering it into the system

Purchasing: Assist in raising purchase orders and transfers on system
- Sales admin: Accurately fulfill & Invoice Sales Orders on system, check refund/ returns. Ensure all sales transactions and order changes are recorded in the system - Inventory: Perform inventory receipts, transfers, adjustments and issuing on system. Assist in inventory planning, controlling, assembly building...
- Accounts Payable: code and entering invoices, expense reports on accounting system.
- Maintaining organized and efficient filing systems for financial records.
- Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving discrepancies or errors in financial data.
- Support as required for daily operations, assist end-of-month, end-of-year, some reporting and other ad-hoc tasks
Yêu cầu
- Post-Secondary diploma in accounting is required
- At least two years accounting experience
- Good English communication skills in written
- Proven ability to adapt to new systems and processes. Experience with EPR systems and e-commerce platforms (i.e. Shopify, Amazon) is an asset.
- Advanced Excel, tech savvy
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Type of position: Full time
- Location: Remote (Work from Home)
- Schedule: Required working hours are Monday through Friday (7:00 PM to 11:00 PM). Flexibility beyond these hours is needed to fulfill a full-time schedule
- Salary: VND 13,000,000 - VND 17,000,000
