Mô tả công việc
Manage and oversee the entire accounting team.
Conduct necessary training to keep the team's skills and knowledge up to date.
Review corporate and personal income tax returns, VAT to ensure accuracy.
Advise business owners and individuals regarding the tax code.
Monitor and mentor/train junior staff, clerks, and bookkeepers.
Address potential compliance issues proactively.
Maintain compliance with all regulations.
Keep highly organized and updated client files.
Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals.
Report directly to the CFO and BOD.
Cash flow reports and budget/forecast related works.
Monthly Sales Report to Head Quarter.
Monthly & Quarterly interal and external report
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting.
Minimum of 6-10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2-5 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of VAS, tax regulations, and other relevant laws.
Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and risk management.
Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in managing external audits and tax inspections.
