Job Purpose:
1. Ensure the accuracy and compliance of accounting data with Vietnamese accounting and tax standards.
2. Ensure the timeliness and correctness of internal reports sent to Thai Foods.
3. Ensure accounting staff work efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Checking all data on accounting software, ensure that information is recorded correctly in accounting standard, tax policy
2. Controlling asset, Source of capital, avoiding loss and waste, giving method of using resources effectively
3. Analyzing financial condition, controlling cashflow effectively
4. Working with tax agency, Audit, banks, the other state agencies
5. Perform internal, the other reports following regulations and administration demands
6. Management, assignment, instruction for all of members in department and supporting, combination with the other departments when arising related speciality

Job Specification:
• Education: University degree
• Major: Accounting - Finance
• Professional Experience: 4 years in accounting and more than 2 years as chief accountant
Job Competencies:
1. Knowledge of tax laws and Vietnamese accounting regulations
2. Language proficiency
3. Typing skills (Vietnamese, English, Thai)
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
5. Experience using LinkQ accounting software
Managerial Competencies:
1. Good organizational and coordination skills
2. Ability to organize and arrange tasks scientifically
3. Good and detailed planning skills
4. Ability to analyze, synthesize, and process data
Other Requirements:
1. Ability to work independently and in a team
2. Dynamic, adaptable, and able to work in high-pressure environments
