Mô tả công việc
1. Manage online business across E-commerce platform (sales lead)
- Be accountable to deliver e-commerce and online sales targets and revenue growth
- Perform ROI analysis and promotion plan optimization to drive profitability
- Develop planning to increase sales, reduce costs and drive conversion rate of our products such as: promotion, price optimization, coupons and deals, on-site communication & visibility
2. Operation management
- Build and setup monthly promotion plan and operation tasks for mega campaigns
- Analyze our product listing data (sales, conversion rate, page views, rankings, pricing, etc.) to determine why products are trending up or down
- List products on system and monitor inventory to keep stock level healthy and improve product life cycle
- Monitor the online presence and evaluate competitors' activities regularly to secure brand competitive edge
- Work closely with ecommerce partners to monitor and push the brand performance
3. Stock Management
- Working with SCM team to check the current stock status and keep product performance on-site well on each of channel.
- Forecast yearly and monthly sales projection with detailed product plan per SKU
- Review stock on e-commerce channels every week and plan to book reserve stock with SCM team
4. Metrics management/ Reporting
- Build measurable objectives and systematic trackers for internal and high-level reporting
- Campaign performance/ Monthly report
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Qualification and Experience
- Qualifications in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing or related majors
- At least 3-year experience of strong understanding of e-commerce landscape with proven track record in driving sales growth in various industries such as Health & Beauty, Fashion, FMCG
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with an eye for details and ability to prioritize among heavy workloads
- Resourceful with an entrepreneurial mindset and are driven by sales results
- Fully understanding of ecommerce platforms' structures and processes such as Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok
- Creative thinking and conversion optimization content Ecommerce experience
2. Skill Sets
- Ability to adapt quickly and work under a fast-paced environment
- Highly focused on finding solutions, getting things done and hitting targets
- Good at numeracy and data-driven
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office)
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written in both English and Vietnamese
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills in managing both internal and external stakeholders
