About THN Network
THN Network is a new-generation Social Commerce agency that partners with brands to drive sustainable business growth through Influencer Marketing, Livestream Commerce, and Affiliate Marketing.
Backed by a diverse network of creators and an experienced team, THN helps brands transform influence into measurable business results through campaigns that combine strategic thinking, data-driven insights, and creative execution. We believe that authentic connections between brands and creators are the foundation for creating long-term value for both businesses and the communities they serve.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare draft sections of client proposals and pitch decks from approved templates, including proposed creator line-ups, Shopee Live session structures, Shopee Video deliverables and campaign timelines, and submit them to the assigned Key
Account Executive for review before any client delivery.
Compile the input figures required for quotations, such as creator booking fees, livestream slot counts and production line items, into the team's quotation template, leaving all pricing decisions, commercial terms and final approval to the account owner and the Supervisor.
Collect performance data from Shopee Live and Shopee Video after each session and record NMV, GMV, orders, ATC, CTR, CCU/PCU, watch time, conversion rate and AOV into the standard reporting file on the same working day.
Update the account tracker daily with campaign status, deliverable checklists, confirmed live schedules and open client requests, so the account owner always works from a current view.
Build post-campaign report decks by populating charts, session summaries, creator performance tables and screenshot evidence, then hand them to the account owner for analysis, commentary and delivery to the client.
Take minutes at client meetings and internal briefings, and circulate agreed action items with named owners and deadlines within the same working day.
Support the execution of approved campaign scope by passing brand guidelines, product information, sample requirements and voucher, Flash Sale or combo deal mechanics on to the Livestream Operations, Assortment Planning and
Content Creator teams, and by following up until each item is confirmed received.
Maintain the client asset library, covering brand guidelines, product and legal documents, session recordings, affiliate link lists and report archives, so any team member can retrieve the correct version without assistance.
Check delivered items against the agreed scope, including live session counts, Shopee Video posts and affiliate link placements, and flag any discrepancy to the assigned Key Account Executive instead of raising it with the client directly.
Prepare pre-campaign checklists and material requests ahead of peak periods such as Double Day (9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12), payday sale and mid-month sale, and report missing inputs to the Supervisor with enough lead time for the team to act.
