Mô tả công việc
Job purpose
• Searching for new customers, building relationships, and taking care for a large group of customers and partners that are important to organization in the E-Commerce market.
• Increasing sales and maintaining customer's satisfaction, developing partnerships and relationships with key partners in the E-Commerce industry.
• Coordinate with Trade Marketing Team to execute trade marketing activities for key accounts.
Job descriptions
1. E-commerce penetration and execution planning
- Deploy e-commerce business operation processes by closely co-working with each Platform for yearly & monthly business plan.
- Propose promotional programs, communication activities, etc. to increase the number of customers visiting and shopping.
- Coordinate and control all operations of e-commerce sites including websites, brand fanpages and online stores on e-commerce sites.
- Negotiate, cooperate, and propose promotional programs with e-commerce partners to expand operations and increase online sales on e-commerce websites.
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing Department to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of each campaign, promotion and marketing program.
2. Promotion & Visibility Planning
- Work with Trade Marketing, Brand Activation to propose trade support plans for in charged product category, according to the season by monthly/ quarterly/ yearly.
- Work with other departments to ensure the product visibility/ service quality.
- Manage Commercial Plan: Monthly & Yearly Business Plan for the whole Ecommerce Channel.
- Manage Promotion Plan: Pricing, Voucher. Free ship,[protected info] Marketing Budget & Sales Target.
- Manage Marketing Packages: Preparation, Marketing, Design, Operation, ...
- Plan all marketing tools to optimize all support tools.
- Plan stock forecast to allocate stock for all platforms.
- Manage Ecommerce channel operations: Onsite visibility, Customer Service, Warehousing.
3. Data works
- Synthesize, analyze, and report business results according to each program, each week, each month, each quarter.
- Collect and analyze data related to market trends to have adaptive plans and maximize sales potential..
- Integrate and make good use of internal resources/data and big data from external partners to analyze and evaluate consumer shopping behavior, thereby recommending solutions. Business activities are consistent with consumer trends and the Company's orientation.
4. Others tasks
- Sales forecasting & participating in the Demand Planning & Ordering meeting with other related departments.
- Study and evaluate market and competitive information & activities.
- Participate in projects or programs as assigned by line manager.

Yêu cầu
Job requirements
- Good command of English (both verbal and writing) & computer skills.
- Graduated from College or University; major in in Business Administration, Marketing, Foreign languages, ... or other related majors.
- 3-5 years of experience in the position of Key Account Management, Sales or related roles
- Understanding the E-commerce system, the online market, and the related technology
- Excellent communication, and relationship management skill
- Be able to work independently, and work with other business team to support the Key Account Customers.
- Preferred candidates have experience in the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical and evaluation skills and planning and managing budget capability.
- Good communication and interaction skills with cross-function effectively.
- Willingness to business travel. Flexible and willing to work in a changeable environment
