Mô tả công việc
Job Responsibilities:
● Responsible for sales target achievement. Set sales targets and lead the sales team to achieve those sales
goals
● Visit new customers regularly and build up good relationship with customers. Compiling reports on
account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
● Develop and sustain solid relationships with key clients that bring in new customers and also create Sales
/ Customer Strategy.
● Addressing and resolving key clients' complaints. Perform a sales analysis and solve sales problems by
developing innovative sales solutions.
● Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
● Oversee day-to-day operations in the sales department and the performance and activities of the sales
team
● Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics
departments to ensure that key clients' needs are met.
● Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized
solutions. Monitor the competition to better understand issues and threats and develop plans to
eliminate barriers
● Negotiate Distributors/ Dealers contracts and value packages to insure an acceptable return on company
resources invested and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
● Actively engage with Distributors / Dealers to explore different distribution model to optimize the cost
and maximize the sustainable sales growth opportunity and profit
Manage & strengthen the business partnership with Distributors / Dealers. Ensure Distributors / Dealer'
operations are efficient and effective i.e., warehouse & inventory management, logistics, sales
effectiveness and productivity
● Participating in Road Show and Exhibitions (Such as Food and Hotel Vietnam, Cafe Show,
VIETFOOD or related exhibition).
● Take responsible work as assigned and Report to supervisors upon request.

*Qualifications / Skills:
● Passion for food and beverage trends and the hospitality industry
● Ability to build strong relationships internally and network externally
● Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills plus the ability to flex your style to reflect
key customer needs.
● Sound commercial acumen
● Well organized and ability to meet deadlines through strong project management discipline.
● Solid application skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
● Some flexibility regarding working hours and be willing to travel (circa 30% traveling nationwide)
*Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
● At least 3 years of experience in sales and sales team management
● Good command of written and spoken English
● Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
● Have a car with a driving license
● Able to travel upcountry occasionally
● Language: Vietnamese (Proficient) and English (Proficient)
