1. Key Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners (Hyper/Supermarket chains).
Lead commercial negotiations including product listing, pricing, trade terms, and promotions.
Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities.
2. Business Planning
Develop sales plans (monthly/quarterly/annual) for each assigned account.
Plan promotions, activations, and in-store visibility campaigns.
Analyze sell-in, sell-out, and inventory data to forecast demand and optimize planning.
Collaborate with Marketing and
Trade Marketing teams to align on campaigns and initiatives.
3. Operations & Execution
Ensure excellent in-store execution of displays, promotions, and visibility standards.
Monitor stock levels, replenishment, and product availability to avoid out-of-stock situations.
Work closely with field sales,
merchandisers, and PG teams to ensure execution quality.
Resolve operational issues related to logistics, payments, and store-level challenges.
4. Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track key KPIs: sales revenue, margins, distribution, and promotion effectiveness.
Evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Provide regular reports and actionable insights to support business decisions.
5. Budget Management
Plan and control trade spending including promotions, listing fees, and in-store investments.
Ensure optimal ROI on all trade and account-related activities.
MUST have experience in manage Hyper/Supermarket chains in Cosmetics/ Consumer goods industry.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
Results-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
