As a Merchant Success Intern, you will be responsible for the entire merchant lifecycle, ensuring their satisfaction and growth on the Savyu platform.
Merchant Onboarding: Take charge of the merchant onboarding process from day one, managing documentation and providing comprehensive product training to set our partners up for success.
Drive Merchant Growth: Proactively follow up with merchants, understand their business needs, and help them utilize Savyu's features to their fullest potential. You'll be their go-to expert for strategy and support.
Be the Voice of the Merchant: Collect and analyze merchant feedback, identifying common challenges and opportunities. You will translate these insights into actionable recommendations for our internal teams.
Collaborate with the Product Team: Act as a liaison between our merchants and the IT team. You will help validate user stories, prioritize new features, and ensure the solutions we build solve real-world problems for our partners.
Solve Problems Proactively: Take initiative to identify and resolve key merchant issues, proposing creative solutions and ensuring projects are completed on time.

A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of discipline and a passion for learning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with merchants.
A data-curious mindset with the ability to understand and use data to make recommendations.
The ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Good command of English (both written and spoken) and proficiency in MS Office.
Bonus: Previous experience working with retailers or merchants is a significant plus.
