Your Role
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
• Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow
• Stay current with company offerings and industry trends
• Oversee and achieve organizational goals.
What You Do
• Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals including sales target.
• Manage the entire sales process from finding a client to securing a deal in direct business or via channel partners.
• Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
• Present and demonstrate products to prospective clients.
• Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty and enhance wide-selling strategies.
• Remain in regular contact with clients to understand, meet their needs and promote new product initiatives.
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction and to maintain the company's reputation.
• Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
• Maintain a Salesforce's database of clients, prospects, leads, visits, dashboards.
Yêu cầu
Who You Are
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Biology or related discipline
• At least 4 years of experience in sales role for products related to Industrial microbiological testing, Lab supply, Life Science or Chemical.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
• Ability to understand client needs and negotiate costs and services.
• Proficiency with CRM software is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
