1. Marketing Planning & Execution
Develop monthly and campaign-based marketing plans
Allocate budget, timeline, and resources
Monitor progress and ensure campaign objectives are achieved (brand awareness, traffic, sales, etc.)
2. Agency Management
Act as the main point of contact for agencies (creative, digital, production, etc.)
Provide clear direction on concept, content, and execution
Monitor progress, ensure quality of deliverables and performance outcomes
Evaluate KPIs and propose optimizations for future campaigns
3. Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with internal teams (Content, Digital, Sales, Ecommerce)
Ensure smooth communication and alignment from planning to execution
Manage timelines and resolve issues across teams
4. KOL/KOC Booking & Management
Research, evaluate, and propose suitable KOLs/KOCs for campaigns
Negotiate, coordinate, and execute booking processes
Track performance (reach, engagement, conversion)
Optimize and build a high-performing KOL/KOC pool
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
Consolidate data from multiple channels (social, ecommerce, KOL, ads) and partners
Evaluate campaign performance against objectives
Provide insights and recommendations for improvement
6. Partner & Operations Management
Work with vendors/agencies on contracts and scopes of work
Monitor payment processes and deliverables acceptance
Ensure operations follow internal processes and minimize risks
7. Risk & Timeline Management
Proactively identify bottlenecks in workflow
Propose solutions to ensure projects stay on track
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in: Marketing, Communications / Multimedia , E-commerce , Or related fields
1-3 years of experience in roles such as:
Marketing Executive / Coordinator ,
Account Executive / Digital /
Trade MarketingSolid understanding of: Marketing fundamentals, Branding, Social media and E-commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, etc.)
Ability to: Plan and execute marketing campaigns , Analyze data and interpret performance metrics
Experience with: Agency coordination , KOL/KOC booking is a plus
Good English communication skills (for working with partners is a plus)
Proficient in: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) , Google Drive,.
Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI design/video tools) to improve work efficiency
Skills & mindset:
Trend-savvy, especially on TikTok
Sales-driven marketing mindset
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Existing KOL/KOC network
Experience running TikTok or E-commerce campaigns
Strong analytical and optimization skills
