Your scope of work:
1. Creative Research & Ideation:
Conduct research on social media trends and best practices to inform content strategy.
Contribute ideas during campaign planning/execution and help evaluate social content performance.
Input on creative ideation and test new concepts that align with campaign goals.
2. Content Creation & Quality Assurance:
Ensure accuracy across all written content, avoiding factual errors and ensuring consistency.
Showcase creativity in copywriting and content formats, adapting tone and messaging to suit different clients and audiences.
3. Influencer Management:
Identify influencers to work with following clients/campaign requirements.
Liaison with influencers and their agents to arrange activities, measurement, and reporting after the campaign ends.
4. Communication & Collaboration:
Manage community interactions, responding to messages and comments as needed.
Maintain clear and regular communication with the clients, team, and other departments, updating workload and project progress.
5. Paperwork:
Manage third-party, paperwork, and budget related to social media.
Our expectations:
1 - 2 years in the executive level of Always-on and campaign social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
Experience in education, FMCG, and healthcare is a plus.
Experienced in channel & platform management, include but not limited to Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads....
Experience with social media advertising platforms, at least Facebook, TikTok ads & Linkedin Ads is a plus.
Strong understanding of social media management, including the following skills below:
➔ Content execution for each channel.
➔ Develop content direction & details for social posts.
➔ Manage lead time for content production & airing time.
➔ Analyze & detect the content taste of the audience.
➔ Manage metrics and optimize content for better performance
➔ Passionate in finding new solutions and tactics to improve content performance (copy, visual, format)
Excellent writing and communication skills (Vietnamese and English)
A portfolio of social media content, plans and campaigns.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
An attractive remuneration is negotiable based on the candidate's experiences and abilities to add value to the agency.
