In Vietnam, we are on an exciting growth journey - and we're looking for someone who doesn't just "do sales", but builds partnerships, shapes categories, and drives impact.
What You'll Do
You will be at the heart of our business growth - owning and growing key accounts across coffee chains, restaurant groups, and bakery brands.
This role is for someone who:

1. Build & Grow Strategic Partnerships
• Develop long-term relationships with key clients (coffee chains, restaurant groups)
• Act as a trusted advisor - not just a supplier
• Identify growth opportunities and unlock new business potential
2. Drive Sales Performance End-to-End
• Own the full sales cycle: from pitching → negotiation → closing → execution
• Ensure strong product presence across all outlets
• Consistently deliver - and exceed - revenue targets
3. Shape Market Success
• Lead product launches & push slow-moving items creatively
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Translate insights into actionable strategies
4. Collaborate to Win
• Work cross-functionally with Technical, NPD, and R&D teams
• Co-create solutions tailored to customer needs
• Deliver impactful presentations, demos, and proposals
5. Plan with Purpose
• Build and execute monthly/quarterly/yearly sales plans
• Contribute to demand forecasting and ensure stock availability
Yêu cầu
What You Bring
• 4+ years of B2B sales experience (F&B industry preferred)
• Strong network in coffee chains / restaurant / bakery chains
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets
• Sharp commercial mindset & ability to spot opportunities
• Strong negotiation & consultative selling skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Confident communication in both Vietnamese & English
