Job Description
1. Client Relationship Management
Serve as the strategic partner and advisor to key clients in FMCG, retail, CE, etc... sectors.
Lead client communications, business reviews, and performance analysis.
Build long-term relationships to ensure retention, satisfaction, and growth.
2. Strategy &
Business DevelopmentIdentify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business within sales & merchandising services.
Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored field force and merchandising solutions.
Lead proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
3. Project & Operations Oversight
Supervise nationwide implementation of sales, merchandising, promoter, and field force programs.
Ensure operational excellence in execution, compliance, and reporting.
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and budget adherence.
4. Team Leadership & Development
Lead and develop a team of
Account Managers, Supervisors, and Field Operations staff.
Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
Foster a high-performance and client-focused culture.
5. Data & Performance Analytics
Use sales data, merchandising audits, and market insights to optimize program performance.
Deliver strategic recommendations to improve sales outcomes and merchandising standards.
Present post-activity analysis and reporting to clients and stakeholders.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
7+ years of experience in account management, sales operations, or field marketing in FMCG or related sectors.
Strong background in field force, retail execution, or merchandising solutions.
Skills & Competencies
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic client partnerships.
Deep understanding of field operations,
trade marketing, and merchandising effectiveness.
Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation both English and Vietnamese, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and field execution platforms/tools.
