Performance analysis and reporting: Analyze sell-in and sell-out of Nguyen Kim and Pico by size, segment, and model; identify gaps and propose action plans; benchmark against competitors; present the monthly report to management.
Targets and channel plan: Propose sell-in/ sell-out targets by store and model for the
Sales Director's approval; build the monthly work plan by 4P (Product - Place - People - Promotion) and drive the roadmap Lineup → Display → Stock → SO.
Lineup, stock and EOL: Define the lineup per store by potential and display space; propose lineup additions to fill price gaps between segments; push key models; manage SI, SO and retail stock end to end; plan and execute EOL clearance.
Display negotiation and execution: Negotiate with CEV store and category managers on display positions and display models (key positions, visibility, lineup per store) and follow up on compliance together with Retail and Marketing; contribute lineup and display proposals when CEV renovates, opens or closes stores.
Sell-out and PO: Track store-level sell-out daily/ weekly; follow up with Retail, Service and related teams to resolve out-of-stock, warranty and delivery issues at stores; hold weekly reviews with CEV and internal teams; improve SO → PO conversion and lower PO rejection.
Store and PC management (with Retail): Work with the Retail team to plan, monitor and supervise store execution (store manager training, PC allocation, SO targets per PC) and propose solutions to Retail; build trust with CEV category and store managers; visit key stores regularly.
Promotion and marketing (with Marketing): Work with the Marketing team to build the promotion strategy and plan in line with the CEV marketing calendar (e.g., Big Bang, year-end sales, Tet): trade promotions, on-site activations/ POSM, ATL/ BTL; monitor execution and competitor activities.
Other tasks:
Collaborate with related departments for excellent execution.
Participate in company product lineup activities.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Sales Director.
