JOB DESCRIPTION
A 6-month structured development program designed to accelerate high-potential talent into future Operations Managers at RH1.
The program combines hands-on operational exposure, leadership development, and specialized training, giving you the opportunity to build the capabilities required to lead people, manage operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You will be fully immersed in the day-to-day operations of our VR Experience in Cam Ranh, taking on increasing levels of responsibility while working closely with experienced leaders. Through practical assignments, team leadership, and operational projects, you will learn by doing - not just by training.

REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for high-potential individuals who are eager to build a career in operations and develop into future leaders at RH1.
What we're looking for:
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, F&B, entertainment, or operations
Strong learning agility and a genuine willingness to learn through hands-on experience
Positive, proactive, and service-oriented mindset, with a passion for creating great customer experiences
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with guests and team members
Leadership potential and the willingness to take responsibility, support others, and step up when needed
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Curious and open-minded, with an interest in technology, entertainment, and innovation
Comfortable working directly on the operation and willing to take on hands-on assignments and operational projects
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to achieving results
Fluent Vietnamese and good English communication skills
Willing to work on-site in Cam Ranh, Khanh Hoa, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
